WC³ inspectors have extensive experience in the field and provide comprehensive inspections from underground utilities to final occupancy. They understand the importance of keeping the job moving while maintaining code compliance and working with the construction crews to identify issues and provide solutions when appropriate.

All of WC³'s inspectors are ICBO/ICC combination inspectors who have experience in all types of construction, occupancy groups, and construction materials. Our inspectors provide correction notices, respond to inquiries, hold office hours, and maintain records per the established Building Department's protocols, which allows them to work as an extension to the jurisdiction's inspection team.
