Delegate Services to the California Energy Commission

WC³ offers the California Energy Commission building department services to support their complex projects, and reviews plans for conformance with their standards and regulations. Generally these services include:

• Chief Building Official (CBO)
• Plan Review
• Field Inspection
• Clerical and Documentation/Coordination Management

Our staff, along with our sub consultants, has extensive experience providing these services to projects such as:  Los Medanos Energy Center, City of Pittsburg; Magnolia Power Project, City of Burbank; Moss Landing Energy Center (Duke Energy), County of Monterey; CalPine/Sutter Co-generation Plant, County of Sutter.

Energy power plants demand extraordinary coordination among all design disciplines.  Contractors, developers, field inspectors, plan reviewers, local agencies, and the Energy Commission all need to be kept informed.  To help facilitate communication and keep all parties current, WC³ maintains a secure website where the status of submittals may be reviewed and information such as PDF files, calculations, reports, and other documentation may be accessed.
