Some jurisdictions offer applicants the choice of hiring a private plan review consultant, a third party, to review plans on behalf of the jurisdiction. Typically, jurisdictions have a list of approved plan review agencies from which the applicant may select. WC³ is approved to provide third party reviews for several California jurisdictions. Although the contract is between the applicant and WC³, our company is still representing the government agencies interest, and reviews the plans for conformance to their adopted building codes and ordinances.
