JOB DESCRIPTION:

West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. (WC³) is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant to support our financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping records organized, and ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date.

This position will report to, and receive support from, management based in our San Ramon Corporate Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Enter invoices, expenses, and financial records into QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation
  • Use Excel to track financial data and assist with basic reports
  • Help maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support financial organization
  • Provide general office and administrative assistance as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in person at our San Ramon Corporate Office

SALARY:

  • $30 – $40 / Hour, depending upon experience
  • Schedule: Part-time or full-time, depending on candidate
